Austrian 2017 E-Bike market sees impressive growth April 26, 2018

According to VSSÖ “2017 has been “The most successful year for bicycles since 2010” which has seen E-Bike sales grow to almost 121,000 units in 1 year alone. This now puts Austria in third position in the E-Bike top 10 countries by market share. The sale of E-Bikes has also pushed up the average sale value of a bike in Austria in 2017, now sitting around € 1,054, which is up 17.1% on 2016’s value.
