A new research study by medical journal Heart suggests leaving the car at home and cycling to work if you want to live longer. The study’s main authors both suggest that by being more active by using a bike to carry out you commute may reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and early death. We think that’s a good enough reason to get on your bike!
The study was carried out in the UK using a sample of 350,000 adults, aged 37 to 73.
